to be honest it's hard to say,

Bomb test: 38 / 28 / 7 / 3 GF: 130+ GA: 42
Bomb final: 38 / 28 / 5 / 5 GF: 109 GA: 41

with final i came up to CL Final, but now i have better team than before, so really, hard to say, but final is not better than test, maybe a little bit more stable ;). both version are even in my opinion.

Okay thank you. Not sure what is going on! Anyway I have managed to download the 14.2.1 home and away tactics from the tester thread. Are these the latest versions (with the two central midfielders on automatic duties). This differs from the picture in your opening post which shows the central midfielders on support duties and the fullbacks on automatic duties. If these are not the latest versions what changes have been made as I would be keen to give this tactic a go!

those are testers... final versions are on post 2
 
Hello everyone and Jassar - just thought I'd show you what happened in my Palace game. Basically, I stuck with the MM and MW home, it was touch and go but a strong end to the season meant I did the best I could with this team. Managed to get Carrick on a free and he really fitted in well.
Jassar - So what would you suggest now? Don't know what funds i might be given but continue with same preparation as on page 1 with 3 tactics?

mate u need players ....as due to injuries and due to over schedule incups and league . Than u need at least 4 star staff in each department . Try usin bomb tactic with home and away as counter when u are favorite , but make sure u use it properly . Home version home and away version away
In hard matches home and away I will still say use only mm away

Can you specify this abit more(others are welcome to react aswell):

What is the best Bomb home tactic.. Test or final?
What is the best away tactic..test or final?

I am playing with Leeds united at the moment and using for home games the BOMB final, my team doesnt have such a great defense and I had alot of 4-3 3-2 3-3 scores at home when playing with the BOMB home test tactic. In my opinion for home games the final tactic is abit more stable defensively but I score less compared to the test tactic.

For away games I use the BOMB away test version still( also because i can only load 3 tactics) with ticking on counter mentality as mentioned here above.

I am still figuring out what are the best offensive and defensive setups for corners

Again thanks. As I say for some reason I cannot download the final versions from post 2. It may be something to do with my computer. Are you able to summarise the changes made from the test version to the final version and I will update the final version myself. Or can you pm the final sets. Also do the tactics have the default set pieces or other settings. Apologies for the various queries.

i would like to help u all, but it's really hard to say which combination is the best.
as u can see my season with test and with final were similar, in test i had more goals, but with final games seemed easier, i think.
probably final is better choice, especially for mid-table teams, because of more stable at defense, with test i had sometimes big luck, when opponent had as big amount of CCC's as me.

corners?
def in final is excellent, good defending + big chance for counter.
off - i used Chrissys set from his Under Pressure tactic - 22 goals from corners scored, good result i think, with defenders 15, 16 heading and same jumping. with better players could be better.

no mate ....d-line is defensive line . U have to change it according to the opposition u play . Big club u will play with high defensive line and offside .weaker team as opposition u will play with deeper defensive line

this team instruction SS have no d line selected so u will have to make d line changes along with the team instruction I have mentioned .so many people forgets to change d line according to the opposition that's why I kept it unticked so that will force u to change it

Yes abbes is right ...I made tester to check weather this will work or no . So to summaries I will say if u are big club and u know u will win most of the matches play with tester as it scores more but may concede more too .

But it final version I have made to keep smaller teams in mind . It's more stable . So that small clubs can play too with this formation . In makin it stable and less goal conceding the scoring will be less naturally .

Setpieces yes in final version they are the best so far I have seen
 
And also about corners .settings are not the only thing . Ur best header needs to be at near post, left crosser takes right corner and right takes left .player attributes are a big factor here . I played same corners settings with man city I scored 7 goals from corners why because of good corner taker and big heading defender

That's strange .it works perfectly fine for everyone else . I can't summaries the changes right now as I am at work and can't compare both tactics without laptop.i can PM u once m home or u can ask someone here who is playing with final version to PM u .i never use default set pieces .so they are different from default . Check the OP I updated another set of set pieces today .

scoring is less, but over 100 goals is still impressive!
that's the first thing, second thing is that i probably would score more, but in some moment of season i had real hospital in my squad, 5 or 6 key players were injured so i played with youth. third thing is, that one of my key strikers was in bad form in this season, he assisted a lot, but scored only few goals.

so, generally, to make it simple to all of u guys - u should play with FINAL, it's really kickass tactic.

Thanks mate ...that's why I took off the tester just to avoid confusion .
