CONN is here!

The adventure of Atletico Madrid will continue with this beautifull set of tactics for my next season!

Can i manage to beat my 110points record in LIGA BBVA with Tata's tactic?
Can i get Oliver to perform as good as last season? (8.0 rating 24assists 10 goals in 27games)

More of that will come but follow me on the Football manager stories section so this tread will stay clean as it is VERY populare!

do only modern warfare ones as more tactics will make it harder for the team to get use to
 
Alright :)
Im working on my squad now. had to sell heeeeps of players before season, and still stuck with a kazillion strikers including:
Barbosa, Cerri, Luuk De Jong, C.Benteke, C Fierro, M Icardi, Rafinha, Zivkovic and more ><.

Thinking about doing Benteke fromt with Icardi/Fierro and selling De jong and Cerri atleast.

Is it Andy Weimann from aston villa that your are talking about in OP as MR?

If yes: How long will it take for him to be comfortable in the position?
 
Jassar, may i ask which is the best defensive tactic when i had gotten a 1-0 or 2-0 lead away against a strong team like Barca Bayern or Man City and i wanted to protect my lead and see off the game? Pardon me for my bad english.

U don't need to change the tactics . Lower the tempo , make defense drop deeper and make one player( striker) if playing mw 14 to dm position .change roles of rb/lb to defending
 
It seems to me that MW is for teams in the upper half of the table. As I see it Midfield Maestro is much better for my Leicester team. I think quality in all aspects of the game is what makes MW tick, while with Midfield Maestro it seems like you get spared from lacking in a few spots.
 
First season in the Premier League after I won promotion. 10 games in, and I have to say I had my doubts about this going into the season. Championship is one thing, the Premier League something entirely else. Once again I have to say I have been surprised. My hats of to this tactic "Midfield Maestro"

That's quite true, playing Cardiff, I started out with MM, won the league two times and got one champions cup after 5 seasons. Having established the club with at least two squads of quality players, I'm moving on to MW now.
 
Done with second season, and have to say its more than approved. Im not sure im doing a third, I think the 2 seasons speaks for them selves. I never seem to hit that golden stream of results, it was mostly back and forth

Anyway, this is the way it all ended...

mate that's strange !!!! please take some notes from OP about hop to play the tactics . Use defending training and use away version for a while , so many people have unbelievable success with this tactics . So i have no doubt that if u play with Monaco the right way and keep morale , training as i mentioned you will succeed
