jassar which is the best tactic if you have players that can play with all type of formations?
 
Guys, can somebody recommend me a team to play with monster tactic please?

I know you're trying to be helpful, but did you even read what I was recommending? The guy who was asking is kicking it off on a Southampton save. If you've played with Southampton, you would know that they need a player who can go in an directly into the squad and strengthen it. They already have lots of young talents in their squad.

Hughes is not a player that goes straight into the first team, look at his stats and PPM's; do you really think he's better than Lallana, Ward-Prowse or Ramirez? And be straight with yourself, look at his stats, he is nowhere near as good as Honda either. If I had to buy a young AMC talent, I would rather pick up Driussi or Vadala on a free transfer; because Southampton already have a loads of HG-players.

TL;DR:
1. Southampton don't need Hughes.
2. They need a B2B midfielder that can play against all the top teams --> Honda. They already got Schneiderlin.
3. "Because he's homegrown" is not a reason to buy him, especially if you consider that Southampton already has a bunch of HG-players in their squad.

this is question to you. Did you tried ever to play totally without OI and how much OI take part in changing your designed tactic? I have read all your advices and only can agree for lot of them.

i rarely uses OI i use bomber 1 post on OI in hard away matches

Jassar on the monster tactic

would moving the att mids to the striker position prevent the tactic from working?
 
On the description of impossible, it states which mentality to switch to during which situation. However, on the description of the odds strategy it states otherwise, eg: change to attacking mentality when you have 60-99% winning chance, I was wondering which one I should follow here? Whats written on the impossible description or on the odds strategy?
 
yeah impossible does not work at all with a mid table side. Bayern, admittedly very good, just beat us 13-1 they had 27 CCC's. oO)

The quality of players just wasn't quite enough!
