Going back to the first post and the training schedule. What if you sign 4 players? You say more or less.
 
I've made my own tweaks for Impossible now - it seems to be working a lot better for me, won 4 in a row without conceding since.

I think the defence is too exposed with 2 box to box mids so i changed one of them to centre mid (defend), and took the ease off tackles instruction off the centre backs. I also changed the Adv Playmaker to attack duty - so he's now getting more involved and getting a few goals

Sorry if this has already been asked and if its a dumb question.

I've been using MW with great success but now I'm starting to loose many games, I'm changing the D Line ect when needed but still no luck. I'm using the 14.2 tactic on version 14.2.2. Is there any updated version to download or any other changes I need to make?

Can i find on some of the post? Would love a SS <3

no .....just keep another tactics like a 4141 handy in few easy matches use that different tactics , i have seen playing with one tactics over a longer period of time sometimes become less effective ,so changing tactics for few easy games always worked for me

Hey Jassar, do u always accept the pre-season match invite vs u21 or youth team, or do u think it's just a waste of time?

Team Instructions: Remove Stay on Feet instruction

Change one of the CMs to Centre Mid (Defend)
Change AP to attack duty and remove Shoot More Often instruction
Centrebacks - Remove Ease off Tackles Instruction

Otherwise it's all the same
 
I've also bought a few new players for 2nd season who are more suited to the formation which helps
 
Hey guys. i just wanted a quick question on match training. i note that jassar has opted from higher match training (in the first post, most updated) . compared now which means less general training compared to the previous schedule that he recommended. evidently my players are growing very slowly.

is it because the tactic will work better with higher match training or is the schedule just for the start of the season for the team to get used to it and then we can do less match training ?

p.s its great to read all the questions which are coming in. actually makes us more fm smarter. =)

I started with Foggia (italian team of the city where I was born ... plays in the fourth league OMGGGGG)...for the first year i played with tiki taka...but so hard for lower...and many of my players were not able for that tactic...then i changed many tactics (tiki taka h/a; mw;3 musketeers;underdog god h/a; Darrens dynamic; Mr Langvatn 4-1-2-3;) ...but it was so frustrating not being able to win all the time...many issues...then i changed my mind and i got BOMB 14.2.1 AWAY (OMGGGGGGGGGG)...only away coz i think in lower u have to play with counterback only...promoted to the next league sixth place (there is a reform in the current league that promotes the first eight)! I started new league and i WOONNNN (96 points)...OMGGGG jassar...it's a gol machine...perfect synchronization...very fluid tactics...and im here to say THANK YOU!
