works both for me, central midfielder is just a more general setup (I recommend it for your youngsters..) and box-to-box is more focused on specific attributed...

and what about if you get an info from coach that for example he should train Crossing ? Do you react for that ?

ah for a winger it's a good idea. i though your coach was drunken, suggesting training crossing to MC lol

actually i dont - cause i just make sure they players train on their individual roles, except they've a weakness like really low crossing stats for wingers.

for example i set crossing training for draxler to very high

14 at least - when managing top teams i'm looking to a minimum of 15

use him as f9 and set individual training to false nine works great for me - after 2 years he has beome world class
