i see the problem put general training on ballance/avarage and match trainin on def pos and put the slider on 30% and you should start winning but your players are unhappy atm so if you have few days spare try and arrange a friendly gameagainst a low club to make this better

to be fair i doubt by changeing the training to what i adviced got you the sack i useally liverpool withweaker players then you and i always finnishish in top 4 mate maybe start again with that training and you should be fine just try and make sure your players are happy

oh, i see. the most important thing you have to is boost morale. it'll be impossible in fm14 be successfull without having a great atmosphere in the team. you need to have your players at the morale very good - suberb.

how to do that?

1) arange plenty of friendlies (one game is not enough) against teams you can win easily, best time to do that is during pre season, national team break or during winter break.
2) if you have low morale during season, try to set up a team meeting. make the right approach there by encouraging your team there.
3) to keep up team morale during season, you need to speak wisely at teamtalk. tasotti is a really amazing assistant manager helping you with that (sometimes he does de wrong approach).

your defense looks pretty poor, what have you set for individual training for your defenders?

as some of you have problems managing monaco, i may start a game with them to prove you guys it's possible. i think it's impossible to not perform with a player like ocampos, one of greatest young wingers in the game for me...

You've uploaded a normal and away version...is the away version for every away game or just against tougher opposition? Did you use OI's (Both pre-match and in-game *** man recommendations)? Who is the main man in midfield?

Your dedication is greatly appreciated...a credit to these forums!
