It is working well with llm i won 1. division north i Sweden after taking over 21/7

Is there any tweak for the defensive positioning because after 15 min I sore a goal I always concede 1. This happens also with defensive training that I apllied as Jassar indicated in the opening post.
 
DO you play OI with new tactic ? If you use OI, Can you Post to Tut for all people ? :)
 
The 4-4-2 away tactic is not doing too well for me with Arsenal. I?m in the month December and the squad morale is good/very good as they seem to be grinding out results. The team have many shots on goal, but many of them are long range efforts, and for some reason the opponents GK always seems to be on steroids, he?s very much alive to the tame long range efforts. I only ever seem to score a goal from a cross with a big lanky target man in the middle.

The possession never works out in my favour either, constantly 44 ? 46 % in a match. One match in particular vs Hull City troubled me. I won the match fortunately at home, 3-2 was the scoreline. Hull didn't really have that many chances, the ones they did have they put away, what surprised me at the end of the match was that Hull had 52 % of the possession at Arsenal. I have found that despite my team having many chances, many from long range, the other team seems to score whatever chances they have.

In every match I often find one player carries the rest, one will have an 8.4 rating and the rest will be in the 6?s, never seems to be a solid performance all around.

I guess I will just try out the new one.

If you have a good assistant manager with tactical knowledge over 15, just let him do it for you. It works perfectly for me and I'm pretty sure Jassar does the same :-)

i have played 3 games in fm 14 with aston villa . he is a star . i dont go with how popular a player is in real life . i made the list just because he is awesome in my games in mR and F9 position

After Jassar released Midfield Maestro, even though it was halfway through the season, I immediately used both of the variations accordingly and employed training sessions according to the opposition and home/away.

Well, I just won the league with 1 match to go. The games are very enjoyable to watch and I get the best out of my players' potential. Thank you Jassar!

lol its ok .i also have some unpredictable results . its normal. they will hopefully release a more stable patch soon

its really strnage mate . 2 users have suffered with this team Monaco . i will try to give it a go too ...

as the AI is still having a unstable patch and in game i have seen we concede a lot of goals from corners. so to counter that i did it

which tactics we are talking about . if you are talking about mw14 . all i can say is set up your back 4 exactly same to same as my new tactics maestro.... same player roles and same instruction , it will stop those goals .

Man!!!! I know it's early on the season, but my first results are amazing!!!!!

Southampton 0 - Man City 0(got 1 goal disallowed, and a player sent off) First game good result
West Brom 2 - Southampton 5
Southampton 4 - Brentford 0 (capital one cup)
Southampton 3 - Stoke 1

Currently on the 2nd place on the EPL!!!!
Great results I think!!!!

It's early but yes definitely great start ! The starting phase is the hardest so , glad that u are flying through that .
