Yes using the home version most games, then if I have a away game against any top team playing with a center attacking midfielder I use the away version.

If u are a small club than defending in both trainings . If u are a mid team and big club than I will do teamwork in both trainings
 
Hi Jasser, In midfield maestro 4141 what do you think is the advantage of the BWM in the DM spot instead of the Anchorman?

I ask because other successful tactics that are commonly used in 4141, 'Different by Andrichband' and 4141 'w4nker v2', use the anchorman in the DM spot.

An anchorman is a player that sits deep and mainly targets on defending . I don't want that . I want a player that can win the ball quickly and pass up to midfielders and wingers . He will cover a lot of distance and will keep continuos pressure on the opposition . Where as a anchorman is more into defending .

looking at his stats . he wont be a good player if i train him to be CM . as he lacks stamina and physical side of the game . he is a player that is good with either foot . so i will try to make him a ML or a MR . train him heavy for the new poosition and keep him as a subs and the matches u are surely winning make him play in that new position .

Is there a reason why there a difference between right and left search criteria for defender and midfielders in maestro??

to be honest i made the filter as close as i can to the players i play in those positions .you guys can keep them same if u want . it wont make a big difference

Thanks friends for such a support for my posts . I want to get more of all you guys involved in the new tactics.

I am still looking forward to a more stable version of the game to play a new game seriously ,as i play for months the same game. So i would like to make one more tactics before the new patch comes out .So which formation you guys like let me know
I will make some posts with different formations. please like that post which have the formation you guys like the most . The most liked post will be my new tactics . Final voting will be till Sunday and than on Sunday i will delete the posts and will make that tactics
the formations that i will post next are just the formations . nothing ( player roles) have been decided . will start from scratch

Jassar, I have try to put my forward like an advance forward and I think he play better, they shoot more on the goal, and the team play better with less long shot
and definitely, att movement for my big team change everything !
 
strange for me this new tactic **** for me on the normal game but on classic mode its brill lol
