Thats my intention with Messi, also I've got very good forwards and don't know what to do with them.
 
442 its not a formation for Barca. Wait for new tiki-taka (4231) from jassar.

you can switch setting back to f9, it isnt affecting the tactic.

if you dont want to that i recommend huntelaar (!!!), icardi, jese, lukaku, welbeck, vietto or lewandowski

so just change the role from poacher back to F9 and nothing more ?
or should I also change tactic settings for F9 like on origin MW14 ?

yes, just set role from poacher to f9. look at jassar's post

just keep in mind you train their crossing (dont know what stats they've, before patch I think messi had 15 ) 'cause its pretty important for this tactic

Im sure it is - its great tactic so it working on every team.
Its just my opinion that 442 tac based on cross its English football style.
Barca is playing different football. Overall its your game and your fun :)

The tactics u are talking about I know that goes through middle and it depend on possession and short passing this is old style English counter game style tactics . I made this because for me crossing is working

Trying your first 14.1.4 tactic (the first mw home) with counter mentality using Norwich. Had a really close game against man city, but lost 1-2, and I beat villa and Fulham away 4-2 and 3-1. Performance wise it's doing really well, but defense is leaky, should I try out the final version now? I had to start luciano becchio as poacher in the first game due to hooper being injured and he scored a hat trick. He also scored 2 against Villa, so he's doing really well atm. Personally I found that tall strikers work better as a poacher in this tactic, since I also used it as Cagliari and my poacher was a tall guy with average pace, but he was scoring goals. Great tactic still, hoping to finish in the top 8 this season(media prediction 15)

Due to the game still new , u will expect to concede few goals . I tried but it happens . Check my tips in mw 14 tweaked post about cover defending and killing the game
 
if someone is looking for a classy LM, take a look at Christian Fuchs from Schalke 04. His usual Position is LB but he's having great stats playing as a LM for me.
