you play that match with Home or Away tac ?

I used the Away tac with City (being a strong opponent) and the Home tac against Wigan.

I work in I.T my friend, I use the Internet & printer & work then take home the info to apply it onto the game. I'm moving home so didn't bother renewing broadband. That's how the **** it works. Oh & just Incase you are wondering, a friend downloads patches for me when they are released.

Hi Jassar - I've spent about 3 hours of my life on pre season - trying to find assistant managers, coaches etc.. do you have any feelings on Director of Footballs? Do you employ them? Also, do pitch measurements matter in your tactics?
Keep up the great work. 3rd season with Palace here, already been relegated in season 1, finished 14th in Championship and they are still keeping the faith with me.

I use fmrte to know what coach or person have high stats in each pirticular department . I don't use DOF. I always play in England as it's the most competitor league . But I u want to . If a team is playin wider will use maximum pitch .playing narrow will use smallest pitch . Good luck

i'm a little bit struggling because high d-line seems to not work with my teams.
this is the last attempt with Stuttgart
Tactic is MW high d-line and offside.
Both against top teams and underdogs i'm conceding too much clear chances.
My d-line seems a colander :-(

I never said to use high d line against weaker teams . If it's not working just play with normal defensive line and no offside

Sit-rep Jassar,

went 4-4-2 with Liverpool (the details you emailed me), I purchased no players & did "quick pick" every game. I'm 10 games in and won every game. Most noticeable scalps are man city at home 4-1, Newcastle away 4-1 and spurs away 3-0. Pre-season I suffered one loss but my assistant runs the team then, 6 friendlies with 5 comprehensive wins. For the staticians out there the possession wasn't great reading as man city had 62% but when my team create a CCC it gets taken 100% of the time right now.

Gerrard is great at MR with 8.02 av rat
coutinho & sturridge combine really well at ML & STL respectively but since Suarez ban finished he has pretty much echoed his real form with 8 goals in 4 games.

great tactic, no whinges about patch or set-piece issues. Thoroughly enjoying the season at present.

All good Banter xper, glad the 14.2 patch hasn't compromised your sense of humour. I'm 20 games in now (my laptop is with me at work, treble time pay today and I'm working alone so can play FM & get paid... IT'S A TOUGH GIG BUT SOMEONE'S GOTTA DO IT). Lost to arsenal 2-1, mignolet started his new year celebration early & couldn't catch a cold let alone a football, drew with Chelsea away 2-2 but I am scoring EVERY GAME. Can't do screen shots as even memory sticks need to be issued with encryption so I cannot move them from laptop to pc!!!!

to summerise, the MW works on 14.2, Liverpool are not a top 4 side when you start the season, the tactic is reliable even without total fluency. I do not expect to win EVERY GAME, but I can compete & have a great chance of a result regardless of opposition. I'm on target for a CL place so hopefully can review it more when I'm playing Europes best & England's finest on the same week.

Jassar, I tested your updated MM tactic and all I can say is HOLY ****!

The away tactic, especially, I think is probably the best so far for 14.2. I'm steamrolling right now with Newcastle and Cisse is banging goals left and right as a solo striker. I honestly think this MM away is the closest one you can get to the 2013 MW.

it depends on what team u playing . If hard than defending if weaker than attacking

I don't normally download other folks tactics except for researching what works/doesn't work. However, with the midfield maestro tactics I think you have by far created the best set of tactics in FM14.2

Absolutely amazed by the results. My only issue was with the set piece defending and throw ins. I have included tweaked versions that I think work well and address those issues.
