He's not the best, but not the worst either. Once I taught him to do killer balls (took approx. 2months), he became the most important man of the team; and he still is.
Good example of PPM, is Ramirez' PPM:

- The killer balls makes sure that he can at any moment play a ball that sets up one of your wingers or (most commonly) your striker for a 1v1 against the opposing goalkeeper.
- "Comes deep to get the ball" gets him more involved, in fact it's more or less vital if you're playing a side that isn't the strongest. If you want to see the difference, save first and play the same twice in full highlights, in the 1st. game you use an AMC that comes deep to get the ball, and in the 2nd. game play with one that doesn't. But don't worry, most AMC's has this trait. I had so much trouble with possession against strong teams when I was using my backup AMC who didn't have this PPM (had Adam Lallana).
Perfect example of PPM, is Mesut Ozil:

Can't get it any better than this. I can only imagine how fun it must be playing as Arsenal or Real Madrid with this tactic. Chelsea can also be extremely fun, as long as you're not using Oscar as your AMC, scroll below if you want to know why:
Bad example of AMC:

His stats are awesome, and he comes deep to get the ball, but he got that "shoot from distance" which literally has destroyed more than a few good players in this game (Aguero, Falcao just to mention a few..). Watch the game in full highlights with a playmaker like a Oscar and I'll ensure you that you will get ****** off.
Quick background on how I know those AMC-theories:
My brother made a Chelsea save the same time as I made my Southampton save, and we couldn't understand why the **** his team was playing poorly every time Oscar was starting. Even De Bruyne did a lot better. So we decided to watch the game in full highlight, that's when we noticed that everytime Oscar got into the position where Mata or Kevin De Bruyne would've made the killer pass, Oscar would just go for the long shot. It was like watching Robben or C. Ronaldo play selfish on a bad day.
So if you're playing Chelsea, make Oscar become a defensive winger instead, he's awesome in that position (thanks to his workrate and technical abilities).
