yes for a top team, it not important to have a winger with good defending skills, cause most of the times you'll be attacking.
but i've you're a huge underdog, it's recommended to have a winger with good defending skills, so that he can support your full back.

resigned at man city in 2020 as i wanted a more challenging team. first offer was from chelsea, turned them down. and then chrystal palace, wanted me & i thought a pretty interessting offer.
they were laying on the 16th after 12 games in championsship while expecting promotion.

won all 3 games so far and promotion place are alredy close. i guess promotion will be pretty easy. but next season will be a tough challenge...

lol i dont expect you to ask this kind of question......you know me by league u cant judge .i need player list , and any tactics can be used in any league ,it depends on what ur team is ranked in that league

Currently testing out the Impossible tactics. I'll let you know how it goes.
 
ah men, i simply dont get how some guys cant be successfull with bomb....it's far the best tac on fm14...

just smashed newcastle out of FA Cup with 6-1 win, while playing in championship

(newcastle is 6th in premier league)

ps i dont use counter when being huge underdog, i use control because i think its better for me if we can keep the ball...

in the end i won 5-4. that's what am calling proper managing and reacting to situation on the pitch :).
 
i can't do too much before start in FMC, so.. no, it's not poor prematch managing :P.

Great result my friend !!! Which tactics u using !!! I have also noticed the select file option don't work for me for two weeks now . I have to upload every single file by basic upload and it's so time consuming

used bomb away, very good efficiency! scored 7 out of the 9 that went to the goal.
yea, the file option is kinda screwed up

OK firstly thx for the feedback..

I'm going to use the BOMB away.. Just few questions, do i need change/set up anything ? Anything other than "...70 min,if winning/loosing, change mentality and stuf..? Because there are HOME and AWAY tac, but there's also instructions for Home & Away too (on OP).. I thought the tac is 'ready-made' ?

just won 7-0 vs. hoffenheim (just look the picture up there) using bomb. this update changed nothing in the match engine! it is all the same from the last update.

u need to change d line according to the odds .rest is done in away tactics . 70 min option is upto u , sometimes it can backfire too . So use it very carefully .mentality is counter so u can go contain if u want after 70 min if u are winning

Im west ham with a fantastic side

I was doing well till the update and the jassar tactics & xper which i was using,aint effective at all anymore
 
Started with bomb away as everyone is talking about how good it is. Playing with Hartlepool and 4 points of the top with 15 games remaining. Have only lost twice !

However I found that with the small tweak you gave to close out the game, i.e. use retain possesion+play out of defense+work ball in to box has been the best and have been using it always.

DO you switch to home tactics for home and away tactics for away ? Or are you just sticking with one tactic i.e. away and changing mentality only? I get easily wacked when switching on to attack even at home with the odds in my favour :/

I won't agree with u on this point ...there is no change in the ME. Can be less effective as u said due to some other reson a of team management
