sorry my friend i have done this 100's of time over this thread ....wont do it anymore ....its simple go to opening post and check yourself ...

do you recommend changing the mentality in the new impossible away tac against weak teams

Jassar, are the individual training for IMPossible 14.3 the same as the image in the OP? There your AML/AMR are DW but in your HOME tactic they are IF.
 
Gonna try with **MIDFIELD MAESTRO**14.3, impossible for 14.3 is very weak even following all the instructions and playing pre-season as you said and controlling the tactics and odds, not luck for now.

btw i'm playing with Bolton

I find leaving it to am is good and i do IT. Only if I have to train a player for new position . And in that case do it according to position

IMPOSSIBLE 14.3 is a really great tactics . I never plays with 4231 if I have to actually play a season as I know I will concede , but I am playing now with it . That much I. Am confident . You can't just play any tactics with any team . Lot of things are there to check . People who have played with it and know how to use it they love it .

That's absolutely true. If you have players who fit the tactic you will most likely be successful, of course always depending onthe quality of players you have and if it doesn't fit you will not do well no matter how great the tactic is.

I move wingers to aml and amr ...if in the last 10 min of game I take one CB out and put him either as striker or Amc

I tried exploit the flanks and it works great . Try that and once taken the lead try to make AP to DLP.
