Is it me or is in normal that thier is a lot of offsides in 14.3 does any1 else notice it ??
 
@jassar When you drop the cm(dlp) to dm position you let his role as dlp or you change it to something else?
 
Jassar can i use impossible v.2 in home and fake tiki-taka in away games? This is good configuration?

Yes exactly that's what I am doing in my personal save with Tottenham . Won everything except the league cup first year . Second year on track to won everything. So I really do like that combination

i have been using impossible v2 in my liverpool game and it got saurez scoring after i was using ppp but now i might have to try fake tika as an away tactic

Finally i get tactic for italian team. :D
I use TNA 14.3 Home for home match and i using jassar impossible away for away match.

Jasser, what is the point of these home and away tactics for impossible. I usually use one tactic at a time anyways. Home, use this but away, use that? Can be confusing a bit.
 
After finished first season with Dortmund using Midfield Maestro and won everything i decided to try Impossible tactic with some tweaks. So far i have played only six matches but it looks promising:

Home matches (still was not underdog so i didn`t use high d-line and offside trap):

Everything else is like in OP, besides that i am using Att. Set Pieces (for home matches) and Def. Set pieces (for away matches) as Match Training. Also i recommend this teamtalk (thanks to Tylerbode):

Kick-off: No team talk.

Half-time: Winning: Calm 'playing well, but there is more to come'. Drawing or Losing: Aggresive 'far from pleased/show me something else.

Full-time: Won: Calm 'well done, I'm pleased, good win for us'. Draw or Lost: Assertive 'far from pleased/we should have won.

I am lacking goals...the only change i did, is DLP on DMC position with defend duty.

I play all the time with that formation...most of the time i score 1 per game or none. I can score only, if i go for all or nothing in last minutes and even in that way score very rarely.

u can add TM and i will keep him with out instructions or use what i have there in CF role
