FM 18 suddenly running slow

I've been playing the game from the releasedate, and yesterday iT suddenly started running slow. Even IMF i start a new game whit only 1 league, the problem stays. Before i used to run 8/9 league's at the same time for 10 seasons...

i've got no clue what to do...

First thing to do is open up steam and verify game cache files.

I already tried this, but no change. The game reacts slower in the interface and during the 2D games. While before it ran really smooth
