Works relatively well but the attacking midfielder is odd, no matter who I play there, the player gets the average ~6.9 rating at best while his teammates are good.

try player swap positions. Seems to confuse the AI.
For eg, AF with SS, AM with RW, DLP with BBM and even WB with IWB...
 
Can someone post a screen of the tactic pls?
Im away for 4 days, cant download it now, but im so curious
 
Looks dominating with Fulham in EFL.

Is there a chance to make it into a regular 4231 formation? OR will it lose it's effectiveness?
 
Played this tactic for 3 seasons with Salford. Just been promoted to the premier league. Plug and play tactic, even if you don't have players who fits the tactic perfectly it still works very well
 
I always fall back to this one, the goals get spread out through the whole team. And i have never used a tactic where the opposition are so nullified, even the elite teams they get no highlights in there favour what so ever.
Not sure if its the formation or team instructions being used. But it's been setup well either way.
