Fm 2009 demo problems

hey im havinbg problems downloading direct x 10 thats needed for the new FM2009 demo, as are alot of people so im told.
Whenever i try and download it i am told "a cabinet file needed for installation cannot be trusted. Please verify the crptographic services are enabled and the cabinet file certificate is valid"
I hvant got a cooby doo what to do!? anyone who has any info i would extremly appreciate it as i really REALLY wanna play the ned demo!

Directx 10 is only for certain graphics card (new ones - past year or so) and you need to be running Windows Vista. If you don't meet that get Directx 9 instead.
