FM 2012 Football Data Editor

I have read the below of trying to find the data editor, however they all tell me to go into steam apps... and go into a folder called 'tools', where do i find this file as i have only got data, directx, extensions and locales as folders. I have gone into all the folders and cannot find any file named 'tools'

Or even Open Steam -> Library -> All Games -> Tools -> Football Manager 2012 Editor. And then Install

i do not have a 'library' folder either, i bought the game from a shop and installed via steam, would this make a difference?

Am i completly missing the point?

you have to open the steam, the program not the folder file, then find library, where you're games are kept, then where it says all games there is a drop down menu and you need to select tools. then you should see a long list and somewhere down there is football manager 2012 editor.
