FM 2013 for Ipad problems or not

I get every match at least 15 shots on target and score 2-3 goals sometimes 0
the other team have 2-3 on target and score 1-2 and sometimes 3
I have tried with De Gea , ter Stegen , Bernd Leno as Goalkeeper's same result
It's an error in the game or I don't know every match is same , first shot on target they score, I need 5.
Few games I had 20 shots on target and no goals.
Is normal like this?
Can somebody tell me, please.

I noticed this. signed a new striker and it has been better the next season. Didn't happen every game mind but I think I drew 0-0 or lost 1-0 after dominating games maybe 8 times.

I use 4 1 2 2 1, attacking, passing mixed, pressing, offside trap
2WBk, central defenders are BPD, 1 BWM, 2APM, 2WNG, 1 CmF.
on training all team is on general . intensive tactics, attacking and motivation , medium fitness and defensive.
