Hello I've been playing FM like most of you for a really long time now. And I have a question since I've not played this 2014 version that much.
My question is related to senior/youth team training. Whenever I leave it to the assistant, he puts the workload to i.e tactics or team cohesion or something else but sets it to low. ANd the bottom screen of the overall training workload is very low.
Is this a good thing for my team? Is it going to bring out the best of the players? When I set the senior/youth training I usually put it to high during the regular season. And change it every few games from one type i.e fitness to another type i.e ball control.
So what is the best option and how to get the best out of your players?
I've played about 7 season now with Real Sociedad, have won only one Europa League so far. I don't do save and load on a big matches that's why perhaps, its more realistic that way.
So I made a mistake and I bought too many players and now I'm constantly loosing so I started a new game with Southampton. So far so good, 5 games, 2 wins(against web brom and hull), 2 draws (agains man city and livpool) and 1 loss (against chelsea).
So please give me some advice from your experience.
