All round.

I'd go with Rooney when he was at his best, he shone in a team of Stars. RVP didn't.

I prefer going with poachers, with that I got Papiss Cisse scoring 35 goals in a season, and Luis Suarez getting over 40. DLF doesn't score so often.
 
Rooney just a better all round player and a DLF with the right players it can be deverstaing.
