FM 2014 Tactic Really Sux Big Time

I tried so many games on FM 2014 and found out the tactic really crab.
1) Striker cant score even though in one on one situation. 100% shoot over the bar.
2) Winger cross like ****. Always go to byline and pass back instead of cross.
3) Defender always stay high.
4) My RVP free kick is the pain in my ***. Out of 10 free kicks, all 10 shoot to space.

Do you guys have the same issue?

1) I've struggled with my striker in 1v1 too, not sure on this.
2) You can change this via player instructions. Issue mores crossing and where to aim.
3) Set a lower back line?
4) Again, play around with freekick options. Aim for best header or cross center work best for me.
