Bud might save you sometime, But this can be opened in the FM16 editor you just need to do a bit of tweaking with number of teams in a couple of leagues as there are too many. But they seemed to have given up. If you credited them and tweaked it a bit, might save you a lot of work, they got all the facepacks etc on there page. Worth a look and if you do, please go through and edit there attributes as they have messed up the physical attributes and players are too quick. But like I said credit them and you would have had a lot of the work done for you already

Any update on this? Could you release a version with just the epl clubs as you mentioned they were done earlier?

How do i actually use this edit file.
i can load it up it editor and make changes and save it but when i come to play the game it uses the original one with modern players in etc.
