FM 2016 not opening in steam..

Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased fm 2016 through steam but when i start the game i get this error. anyone else faced this problem?

Have you tried to re-install the game?

ya i reinstallled several times.. but no use

try to clear the cache and manually remove all files in FM16 directory, it might help
