I've just started the fm base 800 million pound challenge.

I've got no back room staff and no players and I'm 2weeks away from the season beginning can anyone help??.

Is this challenge in FM ?i mean,can i play it without internet connection or any updates ?
I dont have internet for a while...but i will solve this problem...

Make sure to mix youth with experience...

GK Igor Akinfeew, Valdez(After he's recovered) and Scuffet

RB Danilo, Dier

CBs Balanta, Otamendi, Nkulu(don't know if i got it right), Jones

LB, Rodriguez, Gibbs, Shaw

CMs Tielemans, Pogba, Florenzi, Wanyama

AM, Depay, Hulk, Isco, Januzaj,

STs Beradi, Benteke, Barbosa

For backroom staff, i recommend tassoti as your assistant...If you can't get him, try albeck...

Both are great at giving tactical advice on who to close down, mark and so on

Just started it aswell no signed any players or staff yet but my intention is to buy experience and youth players for the first team plus sign a bunch of decent under 21's and get the best staff a can so as a don't just sign for the sake of signing and build the club so a can stay in charge for as long as possible and compete

Bony and zivkovic up front together is a unreal strike force, also the support from josh murthy (Norwich) and konoplyanka (Dnipro ) on the wings seems to be a great combination
