Still alive and kicking! Been a bit busier than normal the last week or so, so that hasn't helped. This next week is much quieter in comparison, so I'm hoping to push on with it. Practically finished November, got 1, maybe 2 games to play I think, so that won't take me long to deal with later on.

Sweeeeet! Yeah it's hard to keep up with it when you're busy isnt it! Hopefully I recover from my injury and get into some form!

Very true! If I've had any spare time recently, I've been on my main file as well, it's just a case of fitting it all in. The plus side of that is that I've had chance to try and refine my tactics a bit, will be interesting to see what difference that makes.
 
Owing to the fact that I have another busy couple of weeks ahead, I'm putting the story on hiatus for a couple of weeks. I'm also taking a mini-break from FM as well, just so I don't burn out completely on it.

However....

As promised, I have the editor file, and the save file for your perusal. Feel free to do with them what you will.

So, I've been talking to Godfish in PM's, and he's not sure if he'll be able to continue this, so I offered him that I would continue it, and keep this story going.

So, on that note, is everyone fine with me continuing this story in Godfish's place? Would everyone like to see it come back?

I would love it if someone kept it going. Enjoyed it a lot, so it would be sad if it just died without anyone fulfilling their potential!

I'll try and get some done this evening :)

I'm gonna go back to game by game updates, as I feel it's better for the players so they can see how they played properly. And it's easier to just take screenshots than write everything out like Godfish did in the monthly ones :D
 
Happy to see this continue mate :). Will you stick to the rules Godfish set for himself, or are you actually going to sell/buy players and follow their progress?

I'm just going to keep to the players we currently have.

I'm having a bit of a problem. The save file is an FMF file, rather than an FM file, and therefore it somehow won't show up in my saved games, when it's in the right place. Any idea what's wrong with it? Or how to fix it?
 
Never mind. I completely messed this up. I only saw the link to the editor file for some reason. Silly me :D
 
Well the FA cup draw will be good for income. That'll be nice. Solid results too, so keep it up :)
 
I wish we hadn't been drawn away against Stoke. At home I feel like we could've pulled a result off. Away it'll be a lot tougher
