FM-Base Ranks?

Probably the worst question anyone has asked but here i go, i have noticed that everyone has a little rank next to their username when they post and im currently 'Trainee' and i would like to know what that mean as i've seen people with 'Back up' 'reserve' and 'First team player' by theirs and i just wonder how to change mine, is this a result of donating? XD:S

by donating you can change yours otherwise it represents your post count on the site I believe

Trainee - 20
Reserve - 50
Backup - 100
Rotation - 200
First Team - 400
Star Player - 1000
Modern Day Legend - 2000

But as joe said, if you donate you can have what ever you want. Plus you can open/close/move your own threads, and Premium members have their own section.
