A league will be set up With teams of only FM-Base Members
The clubs will only be allowed to use players From FM-Baseland
All players will be from FM-Baseland
The Country will also compete on Europe and the world cup if they qualify all members will be in the National Pool for the country

Theres only enough keepers for 2 teams, and too many strikers for 3 teams
