I have been using the editor to trial different rules in the league such as increased prize money for Premier League teams finishing in the bottom half of the table, points for defeats and also making it so substitutes can't be made.
When I changed the prize money rule in the Premier League it came up with the amount for each finishing position. However, now when I go on the editor to try and do this again I can't seem to find the same screen anymore.
I can only seem to bring up the screen below

There are no options to change number of substitutes, prize money or points like I found before. Also I have tried to see if I chose the Create new nation and rules option but this brought up a blank template so I know it can't have been this way.
Driving me mad now that I can't find how I was able to edit the rules like I did before
