I thought I would give a Fantasy Football Game a go, I know there are a fair few on FM-Base but I really enjoyed the first one that Will1981 did, and have missed it ever since, so with his permission I have set one up myself very similar to his.
Take charge one of the 92 English League clubs and your job will be to negotiate, trade and manage your way from the lower leagues up to the golden Premier League or establish yourself as the constant favourite.
You will be given a budget to make improvements to your squad, (see what to spend your budget on to see how). Once the trading window has closed I will then holiday through one season and the award prize money based a number of things (see prize money). Then I will edit the database, promoting and relegated the necessary teams, and then repeat with the new budgets. I will just be simulating the first season over and over (with the applicable database edits), so no player will age.
You can spend your budget on any of the following ways:
1 – Buy players from other managers involved in the game.
2 – Bidding on the players that I put up for auction each week.
3 – Boost the Current Ability of your current players and manager. Can only boost each player a max of +10 for each season and a total of +100 for the team each season.
There are three ways of increasing your budget:
1 – Sell your players to other managers in the game.
2 – You will be awarded prize money dependant on your final league standing and your cup progress
3 – You will be awarded prize money if you have players that finish in the top ten for goals scored, assists, average rating for each competition.
All 4 of the top leagues, FA Cup, League Cup & JPT
Each week I will auction the best players and managers from each of the non playing countries, so one week Scotland, Spain, Italy etc. I will post up a closing date for each auction. It will be a silent auction, so everyone PM your bids for the players you want and then whoever bids the highest gets the player, simple.
Please negotiate with the relevant managers via PM/VM with them to stop this thread getting clogged up with loads of posts, and then once a deal has been dealt if it can get posted on the thread in RED.
Players can be boosting up to a max current ability of 200, each 1 ability boost point will cost £2 million, again can you please post these on the thread in RED so that they are easy to see when going through.
If you fail to keep on top of your budget will result in a 1 point deduction per £1million over budget (rounded UP to the next million).
All loaned players will belong to the team that they are loaned in accordance with the 11.3 patch.

All interested players please post on this thread the first and second team that you would like to be with your post count. If two players want the same team, then that team will go to player with the highest number of posts the player missing out will then go to their second team.
I will start the first auction as soon as I get a decent amount of players. (Not expecting to fill ALL the teams, but 50+ would be good).
If there's anything else that I have missed please feel free to PM me
