Players out on loan belong to the club they are loaned to. So he belongs to Nottingham Forest, (I think thats where he is)

Ill have a look at the database tonight and see where he is currently, and then whether its included that he is going to go on loan to Nottingham Forest, if it says he is going then yes he belongs to Forsest, if not then he is at Liverpool, I will clarify this tonight.

SI dont do emergency loans, so I believe he is still at liverpool!
I didnt realise they left out emergency loans. If this is the case (which you are probably right) then Liverpool are more than welcome to sell him (I know I would).
