Why do Poole FC have such good players to start with in comparison to everyone else?

I mean, Bastos, Marin, Matri, Otamendi, Wilshere, Melo, Dempsey, Herrera, Sow...

They CANNOT all be bronze players, surely, looking at it it's no suprise he won the league -.-

all teams were made as equal as possible with every single player in all teams having a CA of between 141 and 149.
