FM Genie help needed

I wasnt sure how to search for this,

Ive been using genie a bit and I eventually find a player and when i go into FM to find him he has "no intention of joining" im playing at Stoke in the English Prem, Is there some option im overlooking in the genie like "Would join xxxxx club" ??

He's basically saying how do you find out if someone wants to join in Genie.

I don't know what a genie is. When I look up in dictionary it says that it is the thing gives you three wishes or something like that.

Genie Scout. It's a file someone created that show's player's attributes in more detail
