Fm genie scout language database help please

hi everyone im having a problem with my FM GENIE SCOUT i downloaded it and then i tried to load my game up by pressing icon in top left corner and it started loading up, but then it came up with a box that said The language database must be loaded to have an ability searching by division. can someone please tell me what this means and how to fix it. thank you
