Hi everyone,

Seem to be getting a "not responding" message every now and then, becoming a bit problematic to be honest.Ive tried clearing my cache etc, still comes up every so often. What causes this?

Im running about 4nations with about 2 leagues from each,so dont really see what the issue is,6GB ram.

Thanks,hope someone can help.

Finally, Years of IT work comes to fruition.

FM is an application with an extraordinarily condense database. There is so much to for the CPU to processes. CPUs process code after converting it to machine code which is then converted to binary and read by the cores of the CPU. If an application requires a calculation that's not yet been passed through the CPU, you'll get the "application is not responding" message.

It usually indicates that you've a a backlog in the list of process request. Imagine FM is a person in a line at the cinema to get a ticket. The moment they enter the line, is like you clicking "continue" and once they buy the ticket, the game resumes after progressing a day. How long it takes for the person to get through the line depends on the speed the line is moving at (the speed of the cores, ie 1.5Gzh ).

Just waiting for the progrom is usually enough to bring it back to life after it's been processed.

If the program dosn't come back, it can mean there's a problem with the application; reinstall it.
Your PC might have a log of registry errors that slowing down CPU calculations. Run an anti-virus scan and a malware scan to make sure your pc is running efficiently (MACs get viruses too after all).
