Trying to download this into my new game and it keeps saying cant put here as open in another file please close file and try again

Am i usng right download? the pc disk one?

Depends howe you installed the game, and on what system; windows/mac.

Did you install using the disc, or did you use steam, or did you use a legal digital download service like direct2drive or download from Game?
