FM Player database export possible?

I'm after a list of say 100 players for each country in the world (doesnt have to be in any current internationals or current players - could be politicians surnames) and the FM database seems to be a good way to obtain this but I need it exported into excel (or at least in txt or csv format that would allow this). Is this possible or even better, does a list already exist?

ps I noticed a post to a 9.1.3 update pdf database but couldnt see the link anywhere.

I'm wondering if you found a way to do this.

I'm interested in exporting some league data and participating teams in these leagues.
