FM Problem

Alright guys,

My mate has just brought FM 14 and installed it etc..etc but when he goes to play the game it loads the game up until the point just before the main screen it then shuts the game down and says that game is already running when it isn't!

Also he is using windows XP which I think it should still work on?

I've tried helping by telling him to close steam down (through task manager as well) and uninstall and install etc but still not sure :/


Any suggestions on what it could be!?

If your mate is running XP Service Pack 3, he should be okay. Is his system good enough though?

Ask him to make sure his drivers (DirectX, Graphics card etc) are up to date.

If he's still struggling, ask him to post on the official forums. SI can help with his problem launching the game.

Also press CTR ALT and DEL at same time and check in the task manager that it is not already running, as sometimes if you click too much it does that and then will keep saying, already running
