FM says i'm not using and original copy!!

Hey guys,
I've had to reinstall steam as it stopped working.. now installed FM2012 again and upon loading it crashes to a message from Sega saying you are not using an original copy of the game.. if you believe you are contact support... Sent them an e-mail but i thought i'd ask you guys as your most likely to respond quicker and make more sense...

Thanks for your help in advance... Ohh and it IS a genuine copy.. purchased through steam!

Yup did all that before posting... It was a clean install of Steam and FM.

Let us know how you get on please, i was planning on a reformat of my pc this weekend and hopefully i dont run into this problem....but if i do would be good to know a fix!

Changed my firewall, was using AVG now Mcafee complete reinstall again and its now working!

Good to hear! Completed my reformat yesterday and thankfully had no problems.
