FM Touch tactics- help!

So, I, like many others, have just got FM touch and don't have the desktop version. Unless i'm being an idiot (possible) there doesn't seem to be a way to use downloaded tactics from this forum- is that so?

also, when I try and replicate team instructions from screen shots there are some that automatically undo themselves... for example trying to play an attacking mentality, fairly narrow width and higher defensive line just results in automatically resetting of instructions once you try and change another. Am I missing something, because I have seen these instructions applied to tactics in screenshots.
