no there to seperate database version 4 is with uptodate transfers
and has no player updates
the player update version is the same v.4 with transfers and has go player updates

download and save the file in

my documents/sports interactive/FM09/db

then right click file extract here with WINRAR

you save them here mate

you seem to be geting the best out of him
