Fm update version 5 2009/2010 season

Il take you through the steps

1.open the file that you had on your desktop
2.it should come up with a folder named 'FM UPDATE V.5'
3.click on that to highlight it, then go to 'extract to' near the top left corner.
4.extract it to my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2009/db.

then load up FM, go to new game, and when choosing a database it should be there

If you dont understand that then your screwed lol

Now let's see if Colchester's players have actually been updated.... Especially Ashley Vincent.
 
I understand what to do with the downloaded folder. Did that, not working...

Do I need patch 9.3.0 for this update?

Currently running version 9.2
 
How typical, the Colchester players have not been updated at all.


Edit: Things that you have missed from Colchester:

Gary Holt is a central/defensive midfielder.
Ashely Vincent is much better than what is shown on this database.
Jamie Guy is on loan at Port Vale.
Akanni Wasiu Sunday has been released.
Phil Ifil has pretty much joined MK Dons.
James Hammond and Fabian Batchelor were released MONTHS ago.
Russel Malton and Sam Corcoran are almost first teamers. Their skills and PA should show this.

Bostero123 u r a legend, guys if u can't find it on database list on new game start as bostero123 said, the folder is in a folder, so delete first folder if that makes sense

yeah mate. this runs on 9.3. download that 1st, then starta a new game with this update
 
thanks GOODEY23....finally i made myself clear. maybe its my bad english so u could help the others that have that problem
 
very impressed torquay in league 2, redell in on loan, joyce isnt there but il let gthat one sli plol thanks a lot chris ur a star:D
