FM won't load on different computer.

I have installed FM13 on to a different computer in my house. Fm is fully installed but when i go to launch the game through steam, it doesn't load and then when i go to press play again it comes up with a message saying 'app is already running' Steam advised me to delete my appcache file and then restart my computer and try again but it still doesn't work.

ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!

have you tried launching the game directly from the football manager.exe file in the steam/ football manager folder? try right clicking and running as administrator.
