It may not be a copy if you have added to it, but as the two compared paragraphs show, you clearly started with his article.

All you have to do is credit it as his work (mention that you have added to/edited it if you want) and then link to the url where you got the article, or his homepage at the very least.

my bench will depend on the team im facing. if its a strong team, i will keep 2 of my first team players on my bench. if its a neutral or weak team, i keep youngsters and rotation based players on my bench. if its an extremely weak team in a useless or incompetent competition, i keep all my best players in the bench and play my youths and reserve squad.
