Training for cattegories: Gk, Deffenders, Middle, Strikers, All, All_young, Gk_young. Setting like you can see at the pictures. My own creation. Works good for me.

Not too much effort spent here, I assume.
Try reading about how the training and developing of players works before you make something that you hope others will download, and make use of.

There's a lot to concider when making training schedules, and I don't see how those will work better than the ones that's well known on here (and the SIgames-forum).

I suggest you go to the SIgames forums and read a bit about this subject.
