FM11 Skin/Layout for FM12...is it possible?

I have noticed a few users posting screenshots from their FM12 game and it looks an indentical layout to FM11, certainly not the standard FM12 layout anyway.

I was wondering if it is possible to change the layout and skin from FM12 to make it look like FM11...main reason is I think the FM11 layout is better.

I haven't played fm11 in a few months, but don't they look almost the exact same ? lol
