FM11- Unhappy player

I am managing Man City and Balotelli is unhappy about me giving him a 2 weeks fine due to a 6 minutes red card. Now he is angry with me and i could not even talk to him anymore. What should i do to make him happy?

Sell the bar-steward, he seems to like getting sent off in real life also.

What you should do if someone gets sent off:
issue them a warning
If they get sent off again
fine 1 week wage
if they get sent off again
fine 2 week wage
from then on they shouldnt keep getting sent off, not sure how to make people happy though?

I would just keep playing him and then if he starts to get in good form praise him and eventually he will be happy

Try to give him a new contract and if not give him time to cool off.

He was still unhappy and wanted to leave the club... I was on April now and he was unhappy at October...

He had been absent from training 3 times and i wonder if i should put him on the transfer list.

Don't sell him he is class, but a 2 weeks fine for a sending off is pretty harsh and especially considering he is a tempermental player it probably wasnt the best idea.
If you keep playing him, and he's playing well then praise him and eventally he should become happier.

He would not score and perform really badly when i play him... I know it was my fault.

sell him, he might be good but the will be the cause of more headaches for your team than his is worth. I had teh same thing with him. First red card I gave warning he accept second red card I give him 1wk fine he get angry with me & starts skipping training. So i fine him for that, he come back the next day breaks Hulk jaw(puts him out for a few weeks) then skips training again.
