FM12 editor problems - Saving

I have been updating the latest transfers on the data editor. How do i save this to the 12.2.2 patch? when i load up the editor i can only open up in my current saved editor or the 12.2.2.

Is there any way to merge the two or saved to the 12.2.2 patch?
