FM12 stops working after adding leagues

Hi!

I can't get past 22.july 12:00 2020 after adding and removing some leagues! FM shuts down and the message I'm getting is "Football Manager 2012 has stopped working".

Does anyone know what I can do?

Did... There's no way getting past said date and time..
I also saved my game that day so I can't redo adding the leagues.

what is your computer spec?

A week old Acer 7750G.. Intel i5-2450M, 2,5GHz (3,1GHz boost), AMD Radeon HD 7670M, 2 GB VRAM, 6 GB DDR3

Forgot to mention.. : Steam is trying to "Finishing Installation" after the game has crashed. Getting to 1% before i'm getting: Steam servers are too busy to process your request. (Or something like that).
but there's no update or DLC available..
