when i load up fm13 via steam , i get a pop up saying XML PARSING ERROR- no element found at line1 of last_saved_game.xml
so when i carry on and start a new game it loads database but it doesnt let me add nations its totally blank.
all this has happened since i updated via steam last night, it says im on version 13.3.2
can someone help me
